These prices are effective for the 2013-2014 year. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Adult Heritage Turkeys-$50 ea.

Heritage Turkey Poults-$14 ea.

Adult Laying Hens-$12 or $15 ea. depending on breed

Heritage Chicks-$4 ea.

Registered Tamworth Boar & Gilt Piglets under 3 months-$200 ea. 

Registered Tamworth Boar & Gilt Piglets over 3 months-$225 ea. 

Tamworth Barrow Piglets-$125 ea.

Registered Tamworth Sows & (Mature)Boars- depends on size/weight at time of purchase

ADGA Alpine doelings- Starting at $325 ea.

ADGA Alpine bucklings- Starting at $200 ea. 

ADGA LaMancha doelings- Starting at $325 ea. 

ADGA LaMancha bucklings-Starting at $200 ea.

Alpine or LaMancha Wethers-Starting at $75 ea.

Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to retain any breeding stock born on our farm at any time. 

Buyer is responsible for:

 Payment of deposit 
Payment of full price for animal minus deposit
Any blood work, health tests, vet checks
All shipping and transportation costs of animal

Deposits are non-refundable and as follows:

Turkey Poults-$0 

Adult Turkeys-$15 

Buckeye or Assorted Chicks-$0 

Alpines or LaManchas-$100 

Piglets-$50

Sows, Boars or Gilts-$100

Laying Hens-$0 

Animals must be paid in full before leaving the farm. 

All sales are final. 

We sell animals that are healthy at the time they leave our farm. We are not responsible for their care after leaving. This is the buyer's responsibility. However,  if a buyer obtains a statement by a vet within 48 hours of the transfer of the animal stating said animal was not healthy. We will exchange the animal for one of your choice we offer or expect to offer.

We do not give cash refunds. 

We hold animals only with a paid deposit. We do not hold turkey poults. However, if requested we will take your name and number and put you on a list if there are not currently poults available.  We will contact you when there are poults for sale and if you do not return our call within 24 hours, we will contact the next person on the list. 

All animals must be picked up at time of weaning or a boarding fee will be applied.

We do not take responsibility for an animal that is found to be infertile after purchase. We cannot control nature. However,  we will replace said animal with a comparable one depending on availability when presented with a certificate from a Vet or AI collector for verification. 

Livestock listed as "bred" will be pregnancy tested at the buyer's request and expense. Livestock tested and found to be bred are guaranteed bred only by the date of the test by the vet. We assume no responsibility for the viability of the pregnancy beyond the test date. Abortion, miscarriage, birth defects or other problems of the pregnancy are the responsibility of the buyer. 

We do not warranty or guarantee animals. No exceptions. There are many factors in how an animal matures in terms of conformation, udder attachment, production, show abilities or quality of their offspring. These include daily care and management, parasite control, housing, stress factors, and health care. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for how an animal matures after you purchase it from us. 

Please print and sign a copy of this agreement and present it to us before or at the time of pickup.
